Ogboni Registry is open to anyone initiated to Ogboni regardless of lineage affiliation or rank . It serves to preserve the record of your initiation for residents in the United States.
The Ogboni Registry of the United States is a national record of initiated members, established under the authority of the Oba Ogboni USA to bring all Ogboni priests together for mutual support and aid. For many years, initiates and Iledis have lived and worked in isolation, known only within their immediate iledi. It is time for Ogboni to build recognition in the United Stares . It begins with us knowing who is here, where we are located, and how we may support each other .
Registration is not about control or hierarchy. It is about recognition and preservation of this ancient priesthood for generations to come.
• Historical preservation and Personal Legacy — your initiation becomes part of a permanent national archive that protects lineage memory
• Formal recognition — your status as an initiated member is acknowledged within a documented body
